Customer: Are there some public convenience utilities included in this apartment site?
Eric: Yes. This apartment site is famous for lots of premium public convenience utilities as well as luxurious interior design. There are many utilities such as a fitness center with sauna, a golfing range, a swimming pool, a squash court, a locker room, a caf?, a singing room, and a meeting room and so forth in the second basement.
Customer: Do they have to pay any using fee for their membership?
Eric: You will get a membership automatically to use all kinds of utilities if you move into here. But you need to pay some fee for using some of them, and you don't need to pay any fee for using some of them. The superintendent office is in charge of operating these utilities now according to the management rules and regulations. It depends on the utility or the using frequency whether you need to pay or not.
Customer: What utilities do I pay for?
Eric: You need to pay some fee for using a locker room, a singing room, and a meeting room. That's all. All is free of charge except those utilities. Do you want to look around the convenience utilities right away? Okay. Shall we go downstairs?

고객: 그들은 멤버쉽 비용으로 어떤 이용료를 지불해야 하나요?
